We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Behavioral Case Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to individuals with behavioral health conditions and assisting them in achieving their goals and improving their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support and practical assistance.
• Document all interactions and interventions accurately.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client case management.
• Advocate for clients' needs within the healthcare system.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in social work, nursing, or psychology
• Postgraduate qualifications in mental health are advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in mental health services

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
