Job Description

Join our production team as a Television Cabinet Finisher, where you will play a key role in creating beautifully finished products. Your expertise in applying various finishes will ensure our furniture stands out in quality and design.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality finishes on television cabinets.
  • Knowledge and application of wood finishes, stains, and dyes.
  • Experience with spray guns and sanding equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Meet production deadlines consistently.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with cabinet makers, upholsterers, and the finishing team.
  • Provide feedback on production processes for improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings for production strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Completion of a relevant apprenticeship program or equivalent experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in furniture finishing
Technical Skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong hand-eye coordination
  • Knowledge of finishing techniques and products
  • Experience with spray finishing equipment
  • Ability to read technical specifications
