Responsibilities

  • Ensure organizational practices comply with labor laws and standards.
  • Create and deliver compliance training for HR staff.
  • Develop and maintain compliance metrics to track organizational adherence.
  • Act as a point of contact for staff inquiries regarding compliance issues.
  • Conduct risk assessments related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee investigations related to compliance issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certifications in HR Compliance or related areas are preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR compliance or related role
