Job Description

We are seeking a Bolt Sorter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sorting and organizing various types of bolts to ensure they meet the required quality standards. This role is crucial in maintaining production efficiency and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of bolts and identify any quality issues.
• Maintain a clean workspace and comply with all safety regulations.
• Work with the supervisor to develop efficient sorting processes.
• Assist with the training of new hires in sorting and quality processes.
• Document sorting outputs and report discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in manufacturing or quality control is a plus.

Experience

• Experience with quality control processes in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Quality control knowledge
• Inventory management systems
