Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Online Merchant to take charge of our online sales platform. In this role, you will manage product listings, optimise our website to enhance user experience, and effectively address customer queries. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the online sales process, maintaining an efficient workflow.
  • Edit and optimise product listings to maximise visibility and sales.
  • Engage with customers through online chat or email to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with the IT team to implement website improvements.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights.
  • Create and update website content, ensuring relevance and accuracy.
  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
  • Train and mentor junior team members in e-commerce best practices.
  • Work with external vendors to enhance product offerings and store experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree is desirable
Experience
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in online retail or digital marketing
