Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and assist with training.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Participate in the development of financial forecasts and budgets.
• Provide exceptional support to clients in managing their accounts.
• Stay updated on accounting trends and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master's degree in Finance is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in accounting

Technical Skills

• GAAP Compliance
• Budget Management

• Problem-Solving

Certifications

• CPA Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Payroll Management: Hands-on experience in managing payroll processes and compliance.
