Job Description

As a Cutting and Slicing Machine Setter, you will operate and maintain combing machines in textile manufacturing. Your expertise will ensure the quality and efficiency of fabric production.

Responsibilities

• Operate comb machines while maintaining high production standards.
• Conduct regular checks on machine performance and quality outputs.
• Ensure accurate setup of machine parameters for different fabric types.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain logs of production and machine maintenance.
• Work collaboratively to troubleshoot and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Follow up with quality checks to ensure fabric meets specifications.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production status.
• Participate in regular safety drills and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in textile manufacturing is advantageous.
