Bow Making Machine Operator

Job Description

The Bow Making Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of top-quality bows. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manufacturing, along with skills in troubleshooting and machine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process from start to finish.
• Ensure machines are functioning optimally and troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare production reports and communicate with management.
• Assist with equipment upgrades and process improvements.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production challenges.
• Maintain accurate logs of machine performance and maintenance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred technical qualifications in manufacturing or mechanical engineering

Experience

• At least 2+ years of experience operating manufacturing machinery

Languages

• English: Fluent
