Join our maintenance team as a Hat Steamer, where you will clean and restore hats using steam techniques. Your expertise will help uphold our commitment to producing top-notch hats that meet our customers' high standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cleaning and steaming of hats using high-quality equipment.
• Check for and document any damage or defects on hats pre- and post-service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency.
• Promote a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
• Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss quality control processes.
• Contribute to the development of new steaming techniques and methods.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in Fashion Retail or related experience is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a related field, especially in fashion or retail

Technical Skills

• Stain removal techniques
• Quality control

Soft Skills

• Analytical skills
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in customer relations: Experience in managing customer interactions and feedback is a plus.
• Proficiency in multiple languages: Ability to converse in more than one language is advantageous.
