Job Responsibilities
  • Help ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in mortgage processing.
  • Track and manage deadlines related to loan applications and closings.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports on loan processing efficiency.
  • Perform quality checks on loan documentation to prevent errors and delays.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certifications in mortgage banking are preferred
  • Mortgage Processing Software Experience with software such as Calyx Point and Encompass.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Familiarity with underwriting processes: Previous experience with underwriting will be beneficial.
  • Experience with mortgage calculators: Ability to utilize mortgage calculators effectively for client needs.
