Marine Logistics is seeking a reliable Boat Loader to manage the loading and unloading of boats efficiently. Experience in the marine industry and the ability to work as part of a team is essential.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload boats onto trailers while ensuring safety.
• Conduct pre-inspections of boats before operation.
• Actively communicate with logistics coordinators and other team members.
• Keep the loading area orderly, including cleaning and maintenance.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations.
• Participate in regular team briefings to discuss operations.
• Support the Operations Manager in optimizing processes.
• Document equipment status and maintenance needs.
• Assist in training new recruits on proper loading techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in boat loading and unloading
