Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Yoker Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in operating Yoker machines, ensuring proper functioning during production. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Accurately set up and calibrate Yoker machines for production runs.
• Perform quality checks on finished products throughout the production process.
• Document all maintenance and repairs conducted on machinery.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operations.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to improve processes.
• Actively participate in safety meetings and contribute to a safety-first culture.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the production line.
• Support other manufacturing departments as needed.
