Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team in Townsville. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services, including assessment, therapy, and support for clients experiencing a range of mental health issues. Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose mental health conditions in clients.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment strategies for individuals and groups.
  • Support clients through crisis situations and provide appropriate interventions.
  • Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness and access to services.
  • Contribute to case discussions and share insights to enhance team effectiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in a mental health-related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of clinical experience preferably in a hospital or community setting
