Job Description

The File Clerk plays an essential role in our administrative team, responsible for ensuring accurate classification and filing of documents and records in compliance with established guidelines. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain efficient filing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining the electronic document management system (EDMS).
  • Archive documents in accordance with retention schedules.
  • Coordinate with IT to ensure document security and backup protocols are followed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the administration team.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
