Job Description

Join our vibrant team as an Ice Rink Attendant, where your primary duty will be to maintain a safe and enjoyable skating environment. You'll assist with skate rentals, monitor rink activities, and engage with patrons to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety on the ice.
• Assist patrons with equipment and provide guidance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Monitor activities on the rink to promote a safe environment.
• Oversee special skating events and coordinate with event staff.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate financial records for rentals.
• Offer assistance and information to guests regarding rink operations.
• Participate in training and team meetings to uphold service standards.

Requirements

Education

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• College certification in Sports Management or Recreation preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly regarded
