Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility.
  • Ensure quality patient care through regular reviews and assessments.
  • Manage compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop training programs aimed at staff development.
  • Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Monitor healthcare trends and incorporate best practices.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for staff.
  • Supervise the management of medical equipment and resources.
  • Report on clinic performance metrics to upper management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in hospice care
