Job Description

As an IT Support Technician at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for providing top-tier technical support to our clients and internal teams. You'll troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, maintain systems, and ensure a stable IT environment. Responsibilities

  • Configure wireless and wired networks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in all IT support interactions.
  • Create and manage user accounts and permissions.
  • Evaluate and recommend hardware and software for systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT Support or equivalent
  • Relevant IT certifications are preferred
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role
