Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain accurate records of all organisational documents.
  • Ensure all records comply with company standards and remain up-to-date.
  • Verify and correct data entry errors promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments for effective document flow.
  • Assist in auditing processes and compliance reviews.
  • Provide exceptional customer service regarding record-keeping inquiries.
  • Manage the inventory of files, ensuring proper categorisation.
  • Conduct regular audits of the records system for accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate in Records Management or equivalent is preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in records management or related field preferred

Languages
  • English: Fluent
