• Conduct quality checks throughout the sewing process.
• Execute repairs on minor machine faults as necessary.
• Maintain production rates and quality standards as specified.

• Document production processes and report any discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Support fabric cutting and preparation as needed.
• Provide input for continuous improvement initiatives in production.
• Engage with fellow operators to promote teamwork and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of relevant vocational training

Experience

• Demonstrated experience in a clothing production environment
