Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Instructional Design Consultant to lead the development of engaging learning materials and programs. This role involves analyzing training needs, designing curriculum, and evaluating instructional effectiveness to ensure our educational offerings are aligned with industry standards and learner expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in skills and knowledge.
  • Create engaging and interactive training content using modern learning technologies.
  • Review and analyse learner feedback to improve instructional design.
  • Utilise learning analytics to measure training outcomes and make data-driven decisions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.
  • Collaborate with project managers to align training initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Develop course outlines and instructional strategies that drive engagement and retention.
  • Assist in the facilitation of training sessions, ensuring effective delivery and interaction.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in learning solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or Education
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in instructional design or consulting
