Job Description

As a Software Tester at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with developers and other stakeholders to create and execute test plans, identify issues, and contribute to the overall product development lifecycle. Responsibilities

• Execute different types of testing including functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with the QA team to enhance testing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and work towards continuous improvement.
• Mentor and assist junior testers in their development.
• Report on testing progress and quality metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing

• Selenium

Certifications

• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with test automation frameworks: Familiarity with frameworks such as TestNG or Cucumber.
• Knowledge of SQL: Ability to write and execute SQL queries for database testing.
