Job Description

The Advertising Sales Agent is responsible for supporting our sales team in achieving their targets by handling administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and thrives on collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Support lead generation efforts through customer outreach and engagement.
  • Qualify leads and facilitate meetings between prospects and the sales team.
  • Draft and manage client contracts and proposals for timely submission.
  • Monitor and manage client accounts ensuring smooth interactions.
  • Create and update client database with accurate records of engagements.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service during and after the sales process.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to coordinate promotional activities.
  • Track sales metrics and assist in performance reporting.
  • Engage in continuous improvement of sales processes and customer engagement.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce or related field
Experience
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role
Technical Skills
  • Project Management Tools (Asana, Trello)
  • Sales Reporting

  • Positive Attitude

Advantageous

  • Ability to Speak a Second Language: Fluency in another language is an advantage in understanding diverse clients.
