Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated Prefinish Operator who will be responsible for the application of prefinishing coatings on various products. You'll play an essential role in maintaining quality and precision in our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate the prefinishing machines effectively.
• Prepare substrates through cleaning and priming before finishing.
• Apply paints and coatings using various spraying techniques.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards through regular inspections.
• Adjust machine settings as needed for optimal results.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline the workflow.
• Maintain equipment by performing regular checks and minor repairs.
• Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification in Construction or Manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• Experience with prefinishing techniques is desired
