Job Description

As a Solar Development Engineer, you will be crucial in designing and developing solar energy systems tailored for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. You'll collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of solar projects.

Responsibilities

• Assess and improve existing solar energy designs for efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and interns in solar technology.
• Research and apply new technologies in solar energy systems.
• Communicate with suppliers for equipment and sourcing materials.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
• Certification in Solar Energy Design and Installation is essential

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in solar energy design and project management
