Job Description

As an Adhesive Bonding Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for the safe operation of coating machines that apply adhesives on various materials, enhancing their functionality. We are seeking candidates who have experience in the manufacturing sector and can work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Run coating machines according to established guidelines.
• Ensure product quality by inspecting coated materials.
• Maintain records of production and machine maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the training of new operators and staff.
• Identify areas for improvement in the production process.
• Participate in safety audits and operational excellence initiatives.
• Document any incidents or issues and report to the management.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational qualifications in manufacturing or production
• Certifications related to machinery operation are beneficial.

Experience

• Experience working with adhesive coating machines is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Experience with safety equipment
• Knowledge of production machinery

Soft Skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail

Certifications

• Forklift certification
• First Aid certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
