Job Description

As the Database Development Project Manager at Tech Solutions Australia, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of database development projects. This includes ensuring quality deliverables, meeting budget requirements, and aligning project outcomes with business goals. You will lead a dedicated team of developers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement in our practices.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute project work plans to ensure timely completion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Drive the development of project scopes and objectives.
  • Implement Agile methodologies for project management.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Conduct on-site project inspections and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Lead the development team in daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.
  • Cultivate a team culture focused on quality and continuous improvement.
  • Report on project outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 5+ years of experience managing database development projects
