Responsibilities

• Set up hydraulic pressure auto frettage machines and configure settings according to job specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Conduct inspections of raw materials and final products to maintain high quality standards.
• Document production processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Work closely with engineers to identify areas for enhancements in machine operation.
• Provide feedback on production methodologies to improve efficiency.
• Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Engineering or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience with high-pressure machinery is preferred.
