Job Description

As a Puppeteer, you will be responsible for creating and manipulating puppets to entertain audiences in various settings such as theatre, film, and advertising. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, technical skill, and a passion for storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop puppetry acts and perform them across various platforms.
• Work with creative teams to enhance storytelling through puppetry.
• Maintain and repair puppets before and after performances.
• Conduct outreach programs to educate children and adults about puppetry.
• Create innovative puppetry designs to engage audiences.
• Participate in promotional activities to market productions.
• Adapt performances based on audience feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Performing Arts or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in puppetry
