Responsibilities

• Create innovative sequin designs for garments and accessories.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Assess and maintain quality control over sequin application.
• Assist in training new team members on sequin application techniques.
• Participate in team meetings for brainstorming and design improvement discussions.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Fashion Design or Textiles

Experience

• Proven experience as a Sequins Stringer or equivalent role in fashion

Technical Skills

• Embroidery skills
• Sewing machine operation

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Advantageous

• Experience with other embellishments: Skills in using beading and embroidery techniques.
