Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Blade Grinder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for grinding and sharpening a variety of blades used in manufacturing, ensuring they meet the strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operates blade grinding machines to produce sharp and precise blades.
• Conducts quality control checks on finished products.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Communicates with the Maintenance Team regarding any machine issues.
• Trains new team members on grinding techniques and equipment use.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in machine tool technology is a plus.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in blade grinding or a related field.

Technical Skills

• CNC Machining
• Measuring Tools

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with cutting applications (e.g. shearing, slicing): Understanding of different cutting techniques and their practical applications.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment: Experience working in a fast-paced and quality-driven manufacturing environment.
