Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both manual and automated testing processes, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full testing lifecycle from planning to execution.
• Coordinate and conduct performance testing for various applications.
• Work with developers to troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and propose solutions.
• Document test cases, defect reports, and testing progress.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Implement automated testing strategies to improve efficiency.
• Engage with stakeholders to verify test requirements and coverage.
• Participate in release planning meetings and provide QA input.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Certification in software testing (such as ISTQB) is desirable

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance
