Job Description

The Clinical Program Manager will be pivotal in overseeing and managing our clinical programs. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to guarantee safe and effective patient care, whilst leading quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of clinical trials and ensure adherence to protocols.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders including investigators and study coordinators.
  • Prepare and manage clinical program budgets and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Ensure high-quality data is collected and maintained in accordance with standards.
  • Support the development of clinical trial protocols and documentation.
  • Manage study timelines to ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Contribute to policy development and advocacy in healthcare.
  • Promote a culture of patient-centered care across all levels of the organisation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Nursing
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 2 years in clinical program management.
