Job Description

As a Mental Health Specialist, you will provide comprehensive support and treatment to individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues. Your role will involve working closely with diverse clients, from children to adults, ensuring they receive the best possible care tailored to their unique needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose a variety of mental health conditions.
  • Implement therapeutic techniques and strategies as per treatment plans.
  • Document all interactions and maintain confidentiality.
  • Engage with community resources to improve client care.
  • Guide clients in accessing educational and vocational resources.
  • Encourage family participation in the treatment process.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans and adjust as necessary.
  • Support an inclusive environment for all clients, respecting cultural differences.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Psychology or Counseling
  • Extra certifications in specialized therapy methods would be advantageous.
Experience
  • 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in mental health.
