Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Healthcare Administrator to manage and oversee the administrative operations of our healthcare facility in Cairns. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of healthcare policies and regulations, alongside excellent management skills to lead our administrative team effectively. You will work closely with various departments to improve efficiency, enhance patient care, and maintain compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise daily administrative processes.
  • Directly manage administrative staff and provide training as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Assist in the strategic planning and development of healthcare services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or similar field
  • Master's degree in a related field is an advantage
