Job Description

As an Animal Control Worker, you will play a crucial role in the protection and management of wildlife in urban areas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for animal welfare, along with practical skills in handling and caring for various animal species.

Responsibilities

  • Implement wildlife rescue strategies in collaboration with the team.
  • Help develop and distribute educational materials about local wildlife.
  • Monitor populations of local wildlife species.
  • Ensure compliance with animal welfare standards during rescues.
  • Work closely with other organizations on joint wildlife management initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or Environmental Studies is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years working with wildlife or domestic animals
