As a Command and Control Center Officer, you will play a pivotal role in executing time-sensitive targeting operations while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and military protocols. We seek a dedicated individual with a keen eye for detail and exceptional analytical skills to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Lead debriefs and operational reviews to enhance future targeting efforts.
• Integrate new technologies and methodologies into targeting processes.
• Support cross-departmental initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Remain current on global military developments and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Defence Studies or related field
• Master's degree or advanced training is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in military or defence operations with a focus on targeting

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of targeting principles and methodologies
• Experience with targeting software applications (e.g. Palantir, Analyst Notebook)

Soft Skills

• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong organisational and planning skills

Certifications

• Advanced intelligence analysis certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
