Vault Keeper

Job Description

As a Vault Keeper, you will manage access control and surveillance systems, ensuring the safety of our asset storage. Your strong communication skills will be pivotal as you interact with various departments and train staff on security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily vault operations and ensure adherence to security protocols.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and monitor vault activity.
• Update security procedures according to best practices.
• Train and supervise security personnel assigned to the vault.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure all assets are accounted for.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with local law enforcement if necessary.
• Foster excellent customer service for individuals accessing the vault.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment within the vault.
• Manage emergency response actions as required.
• Adapt security strategies to align with changing needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in security management, asset management, or related field
• Professional certification in security management preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in security management or related field
