We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our dynamic team in Adelaide. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding sensitive data, implementing security protocols, and monitoring system vulnerabilities to ensure our networks are secure.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor security systems and alerts.
• Perform threat analysis and vulnerability assessments.
• Assist in developing risk management strategies.
• Implement data encryption and integrity controls.
• Respond promptly to security breaches and take necessary actions.
• Review user access and permissions regularly.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and external agencies when needed.
• Conduct penetration testing to identify potential weaknesses.
• Reporting on cybersecurity trends and updates to management.
• Maintain a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
• Master's degree in Information Security preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles
