Job Description

We are seeking Maintenance Workers specialising in machinery to join our dedicated team. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing repairs, maintenance, and inspections on various types of mining equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate machinery performance and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Ensure that all maintenance work is performed to a high standard.
• Train junior staff on maintenance techniques and safety procedures.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of repair parts and tools.
• Develop and implement best practices for machinery upkeep.
• Report any safety hazards related to machinery promptly.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and assist in meeting deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training or apprenticeship
• Advanced certifications are highly regarded

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance roles focused on machinery

Technical Skills

• Hydraulic Systems Knowledge
