• Lead daily operations in syrup production while adhering to safety regulations.
• Coordinate with quality control specialists to maintain high product standards.

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations in production processes.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule equipment repairs.
• Participate in the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualifications in Food Science or Manufacturing are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in the food industry
