Join our team as a Floor Sander and Finisher, responsible for the meticulous sanding and finishing of wooden floors in both residential and commercial properties. With a focus on delivering high-quality finishes, you will work with various machinery and hand tools to ensure floors are smooth and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Sanding and polishing wooden floors using professional tools.
• Evaluate flooring surfaces and determine appropriate treatment methods.
• Prepare and mix finishing products according to specifications.
• Assist in mentoring junior staff and providing training as needed.
• Utilize protective gear and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Conduct final inspections to confirm quality standards are met.

Requirements

Education

• Hands-on experience in flooring is critical
• Any relevant safety certifications will be advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sanding and refinishing wooden floors
