Job Description

Responsibilities

• Prepare the bar station for service, ensuring all tools and supplies are ready.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to management.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Help maintain a clean and organized workspace for the bartenders.
• Engage with customers to provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with special events and promotions at the bar.
• Participate in training sessions as needed to improve skills.
• Support fellow team members in achieving a smooth workflow.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• No specific qualifications required, but Hospitality experience is a plus.

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
