Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our upcoming projects in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of knowledge in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning and execution.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
  • Analyze contract documents and administer the project budget.
  • Supervise construction staff and ensure they execute tasks as planned.
  • Engage with clients to understand project requirements and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Evaluate and select subcontractors and suppliers to maximize quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 7+ years of experience in the construction industry
