We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Perth. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with developers and project managers to identify bugs, run tests, and improve processes. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Participate in team meetings to discuss testing progress and strategies.
• Work closely with the development team to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all testing documentation is maintained and updated.
• Provide training and mentorship for junior QA team members.
• Keep up to date with industry best practices in quality assurance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in QA or related fields

Technical Skills

• API Testing
• Performance Testing

Soft Skills

• Communication Skills
• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with mobile app testing: Hands-on experience in testing mobile applications across different platforms.
• Knowledge of Load Testing Tools (e.g., JMeter): Experience in using load testing tools to assess application performance under load.
