Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing supply chain processes and recommend enhancements.
• Assist in forecasting demand and supply requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and negotiate contracts.
• Implement new supply chain software tools and solutions.
• Provide training and support to staff on supply chain best practices.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline
• MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain analysis or related areas

Technical Skills

• ERP Software Proficiency

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills

Certifications

• Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Lean principles: Experience implementing Lean methodologies in supply chain processes.
