Job Description

The Pecan Picker will be instrumental in harvesting, sorting, and packaging pecans. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about working outdoors and possess a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in the pecan harvesting process.
• Classify and sort harvested pecans appropriately.
• Eliminate waste and non-conforming products.
• Ensure proper packaging of products for distribution.
• Keep equipment in safe and usable condition.
• Maintain a tidy and efficient working environment.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Support team efforts in various operational tasks.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in horticulture or agriculture is advantageous, but not essential.

Technical Skills

• Machinery operation

Languages

• English: Fluent
