• Utilize GPS and other technology for precision agriculture.
• Train new operators in machinery handling and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with agronomists to understand equipment needs.
• Report any issues with machinery to the management promptly.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ag Diploma is an asset

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

• Crop management
• Precision agriculture technology

Certifications

• Forklift Certification
• Chainsaw License

Languages

• English: Fluent
