Responsibilities

• Liaise with suppliers and external partners for ingredient sourcing.
• Conduct nutritional analysis of new and existing products.
• Utilize food science principles to innovate within our product lines.
• Develop product marketing strategies based on research findings.
• Conduct laboratory tests to assess food quality and safety.
• Assist in packaging design and evaluation for new products.
• Document and report findings to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Utilize statistical software to track product performance metrics.
• Update product specifications based on regulatory changes.
• Contribute to team brainstorming sessions for product development ideas.

Requirements

Education

• PhD in Food Science or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a commercial food manufacturing environment.
