Responsibilities

• Keep the shower and changing areas tidy and well organized.
• Assist guests with enquiries related to shower facilities.
• Ensure the availability of all shower amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels.
• Conduct regular cleanliness checks and maintain logs.
• Enforce facility guidelines for guest safety.
• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces post-use.
• Support colleagues to ensure efficient workflow during peak times.
• Provide feedback to management on customer experiences and service improvements.
