UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Blockchain Developer to lead the development of our blockchain initiatives in Darwin. Your primary responsibilities will include creating and managing blockchain nodes, developing smart contracts, and ensuring the security and efficiency of blockchain transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design sprints and workshops.
• Utilize design systems to streamline the design process.
• Incorporate accessibility standards into design work.
• Foster a collaborative environment within the design team.
• Analyse competitors to identify design opportunities.
• Advocate for the user experience in all project discussions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related discipline
• Master's degree is favourable

Experience

• 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience

Technical Skills

• User Research
• Prototyping Tools

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Detail-oriented

Certifications

• Google UX Design Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Agile environments: Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile setup.
